The National Library of the Republic of Indonesia serves as the host venue for the IV Global Summit on Diamond Open Access 2027, provided as an in-kind institutional facility contribution from Indonesia’s premier public knowledge authority.

Facilities Layout
Room Configuration & Capacity
The venue facilities are designed to comfortably host an expected cap of 400 registered delegates.
Main Auditorium
Dedicated to official opening sessions, high-level plenaries, and keynote assemblies. The hall features modular acoustic partitions that can divide the area into two or three independent rooms to support concurrent parallel sessions and workshops.
Mini Theatre
Configured for parallel presentation tracks, lightning talks, thematic panel deliberations, and focused technical demonstrations.
Exhibition Area, Posters & Roadmap Hub
Accommodates scholarly poster display panels, non-commercial public knowledge infrastructure booths, local academic publisher showcases, institutional Diamond OA exhibitor stalls, and a dedicated Bengaluru Roadmap consultation desk staffed by International Organizing Committee representatives.
Closed Delegate & IOC Meeting Room
A private consultation room reserved for bilateral diplomatic discussions, meetings with philanthropic research funders, and strategic governance sessions of the International Organizing Committee (IOC).
